There's an article in the Mirror online today about Koeman, it suggests that Moshiri is throwing £100m into the pot this summer but will not complete the takeover for two years, at which point he could bring other investors into Everton. I've never heard this before, anyone know if there's any substance to it?

I imagine it is guesswork, like most of the stuff in that paper. Esk has confirmed that the complete takeover (75%) will be when Mr Moshiri has completed certain markers (eg funding for players, get the new ground started etc). None of these markers are public knowledge, so the time till the takeover is unknown. It may even be this summer. That reporter is guessing, in my opinion, and two years merely covers his back.
 
I've not read or seen anything about conditions of sale, not doubting it but it would explain a few things and would suggest that there may be another party waiting in the wings (prays).
 

Sacked Bobby, stole Ronald, huge summer transfers and new stadium incoming, probably has NSNO tattooed on his balls ..... I like this fella. I like him a lot.

We shouldn't laugh too loud, Samuelson nearly got a foot in the door here and our previous benefactor, Sir Phillip Green, is up before a select committee today (if he turns up). Bill has some unsavoury mates, I trust Moshiri is made of better metal.
