Thing is with Usmanov, he could really be tempted to join Moshiri at Everton. Moshiri has came in and is in the process of rebuilding us, and if we have a good (dare I say it, very good) season, there is no reason why Usmanov wouldn't want to join us in my opinion.

He must be getting seriously frustrated at Arsenal, and if he sees potential with Everton there is no reason he can't come in and take us to the very top. I'm probably sounding insane and in dreamland but I honestly think it's a tiny bit more realistic than some think. Plus that itk on the other forum seemed adamant.

Exciting times either way.

I think the gut-feel of a lot of fans is that Moshiri is front-running at Everton for others, primarily Usmanov.

Getting Monchi could be a huge deal. By the sounds of things, he knows his stuff but hasn't had money. He could have the most money he's ever had if we got him.

I believe he would pay of as some sevilla fans regard him higher than Emery

He and Koeman have vast knowledge of many leagues so could find a real few quality players

They do. He has been at the club for about 20 years now in one capacity or another. Monchi (who once signed Arouna Kone) has re-committed his immediate future to Sevilla and has apologised for trying to leg it.

i believe that this could just be for sevilla to receive some sort of compo cos if he quits they get nothing. He may stay but if he comes to us, it would be a great addition to this new era for the club

I think it slightly daft to say we in for a similar budget this summer. 121 million? Perhaps... But back in 2008 121 million would buy you a hell of a lot more.

Bought some quality (didn't realise kompany cost so little) but wasted an awful lot of money looking at that list. I'm sure koeman will be more selective in his purchases (quality over quantity).

They love Prem football mate, they are loaded beyond their wildest dreams and have more cash than they ever could need.

The way the money in Premiership football stands, Moshiri is only laying out to gain in the future, Everton is only going to increase in value, he will not lose anything if he funds a new stadium.

Usmanov seems quite happy at Arsenal. You have to ask the question why didn't he come to Everton with Moshiri if he was going to come here at all.

I wonder if the media attention Moshiri is getting currently is making Usmanov slightly envious, throughout their businesses and in terms of wealth Usmanov is the big cheese out the pair yet it's Moshiri in all the papers appearing to bankroll a prem team, whilst Usmanov is in the shadows as a minority stake holder in arsenal. The only way he'll leave arsenal for us is if his ego gets bruised enough he comes here as part owner and spends big (or awful to think another club and goes it alone).

Moshiri won't fund the whole stadium out his own pocket, but he'll have to put some of his own cash in Imo. I would imagine it would be something like (very rough figures example) £50 million own cash, £50 million naming rights, £50-60 million from TV deal this year then a further £130-140 million loan put out on the club against future TV revenue making £300 or so million for the new stadium.
