To be fair unless his contract appears on footballleaks it's going to be difficult to know how much of that 13 mil was conditional on achievements whilst at Everton.

The guy has been nothing short of dreadful the time he's been here anyway. New manager's surely got to wash hands of him this summer and get whatever fee we can for him.
Feel sorry for Martinez on this one, no idea who/what persuaded him to sign him, let alone spend £13.5m on him, but injured/unfit or not he's been a massive let-down. If anything this just sums up his time here so far. Waste of time and money.
