Get a new fella in who knows what he's doing and watch the difference in fight/determination.

I'm not defending martinez at all, he's done poorly and will deservedly lose his job at the end of the season. Just don't buy the fact players these days constantly get off blame free. I said the same with chelsea earlier in the season, it was fun to laugh at Mourhino but the players deserved a fair share of blame as well. No accountability when it comes to players now, it's always the manager, fans, refs, etc fault
