On and on, over the hill and the craic is good
mrs Prof and I are just coming back from a week in Nice and had our best meal ever last night. The restaurant is called Terre de Truffes and every meal has black truffles encorporated.
Glass of champers to start and Sancerre during
Had goats cheese, tomatoes and black truffle - yum
Main of ravioli stuffed with assorted mushrooms and you got it black truffle
For desert I had pear crumble with truffles
Mrs Prof had smoked salmon with a dill mousse and etc
Her main was a kind of mushroom and truffle in puff pastry
No truffle in the coffee!
Cognac after and a stagger back to the hotel
Best meal ever and surprisingly reasonable as I always thought that truffle was really expensive
