i reckon it's probably just a few minor things and it'll be announced on monday / tuesday that it's been rubber stamped.

no point worrying really.

If Companies House Beta is to be believed, the last England and Wales appointment as a director he had was resigned in Mar 2009 and was the management company for presumably the block of flats he lived in.
His wife is still a director.
Personally think he's non-res for tax purposes.

Having a pad in Monaco suggests he is! Having been there, there is only one reason for wanting to have a residence there really.

First thoughts on seeing this headline?

That's so Everton

UK passport yes, UK tax residence & domicile I would guess not otherwise no point .
Would be surprised in the extreme if he owned residence for his own use in the UK as this could compromise non-resident status on HMRC tax residence test.
Just my opinion.

His wife owns a house in Maida Vale, London.

its the shittest takeover ever, He hasn't been since, even if its not approved Bill could have blagged him in the directors box yesterday, all we have is some new bedrooms at FF for a team that spends the last 1o minutes of every game asleep, and a new community centre on spellow lane. in short [Poor language removed] off Everton

I don't know why, but this post made me LOL.
