And it's reported the Yanks offered 20m more, supposedly Philip Green is angry at Kenwright for chosing FM over the Yanks, for more cash reasons obviously, like he hasn't got enough the greedy $%*!.

I have no doubts whatsoever BK has chosen the right option, and to turn down more money elsewhere shows you it was not all about money when BK was weighing up the options, Woods didn't trust the Yanks either.
Thanks for that info...if thats true theres something special in Moshiris plans because Yanks defo were in for new stadium

So maybe he's sticking his oar in on behalf of his mate Earl then for BK accepting lower offers.

And I thought there was some doubts over BCR sports and who exactly owned those shares.

I'm not having a go at you mate, but all of these conspiracy theories that have persisted over the years, nothing has ever been proven, and as I've said many times before if true they would have involved so many people including auditors and the Premier League that it is impossible to believe there is any truth in them at all.

The constant recycling of these theories and accusations just damages the club in my opinion, that's why I am so against them being brought up time and time again.

Why would Gregg lie?

Gregg later told Everton pressure group KEIOC that he had been paid for the shares, sold to Robert Earl, by Sir Philip Green – shares that went on to be registered in the British Virgin Islands to a company called BCR Sports

Green has had fingers in Everton since the late 90's, and is very adept at dodgy business dealings, if Green could see there was money to be made out of Everton I think he'd find it hard to pass up the opportunity.

BK can't sell Earls shares for him, only Earl can. If he sold he must have been at least ok with the valuation.
Agree, but they will have wanted more if more was available.

As Dave dickinson says when selling some old pots, "The first profit is always a good profit".
