we have been fairly poor, need to start controlling things more and pressing them, dont sit off because we are 2-0 up, go and get at them and make tackles, if we do that we'll win this by 3 or 4.

2-0 up and its what people have been demanding....game management. 3rd gear and coasting or we can go cavalier and risk conceding. Playing not too well but playing clever

Tob be honest we could have conceded already. Strange one really, I think we just end up getting in a rut - sideways, back, keep the ball. It kills any momentum. We are at our best when we up the tempo - do that and we are almost unstoppable at times

Must be what it's like to have money, to play crap and still carry on 2-0 at the half
There are worse things I suppose.

so people are still moaning at 2 nil up, so now we have to win and also dominate and play pretty at the same time, the villa players are fighting for the ball in this game, they are working hard. Lukaku and Coleman needs to play better in the second half and if they step up, we can score another two goals, would like to see Baines and Stones come on with around 20 minutes left.

Trust those Villa players to fight for the ball and work hard in this game, completely different to all the other games they've played in before tonight.

WOW, 2-0 at half time and all the Whoppers come out to lay into us....

do you have a quota of bile to get through per match?
We're one of the flakiest teams in the league. Despite the score, we've given Villa every hope that they're still in this game. How can that happen? We should be 4 or 5 up really. The paltry crowd should be getting thinner already.

Personally, that performance was not good enough.
