The thing I hate about outdoor shops is the people who work in them. I don't want a coat to go up Everest, I want a half decent coat that won't let the rain in and won't make me look like a Ketwig. I also don't want to buy waterproofing repellant for it or a guarantee, as I know you getting a wedge in commission every time you sell this .
