The media are going full out to prove that Klopp is not disrespecting the FA Cup, saying that he's been forced to do what he's done etc etc etc........at least it means that they can never again accuse any club of doing the same........

To be fair I've seen weaker teams in the cup. Sam Allardyce has been known to play 11 players with 2 first team appearances between them.

I'm not defending the insane goofy galoot for one second, but it gets well and truly on my man-boobs how there is a full programme of Prem games within a few days of the 4th round. It all adds to the devaluing of the FA Cup. Stoke put out a weakened team today and let's face it, what have they got to play for in the Prem?

See certain people are saying Flopp has hung Sturridge out to dry, apparently he has told glass legs he has to do ten days of of training , before he will be considered for selection, can't see there being much of a future for Glass Legs at the pit,can see them losing another bundle when they come to move him on.

The pact they had with the devil has now gone full circle. They get close to something big, get carried away with the emotion of it all only to be smashed to bits at the final hurdle.

City will beat them with a late goal in the final in February, they will cry, the rest of the footballing world will rejoice I promise.

It has been happening for about 5 years now.

Like the time the media all said that the neutrals wanted Liverpool to win the league ?

Up and down the country, the ste gerrard slipped on his arse song was loud and clear, not just at city, Chelsea, Everton or united, but quite frankly the majority of teams. I remember Jake Humphries or Martin Tyler even throwing in the 96 year as a reason, around the same time Gerrard said not to let it slip in his blag kopite orgy in the middle of the field. Any reason to try and glorify or justify Liverpool winning a title, everyone else who has had to put up with their circus show was in disagreement.

But then again it is because we are all bitter.......

Tony Evans seems to be going a bit off message lately

When is the Jurgen Klopp effect going to kick in? Not the feel-good, fan-friendly cuddlefest that Anfield has delighted in since the German arrived in October. The Liverpool manager's honeymoon seems endless but sometime soon he needs to accumulate some cold hard points. A victory against Leicester City this week would be a step in the right direction.

Brendan Rodgers was sacked after eight Premier League games this season. He had a mere three wins and 12 disappointing points under his belt. Klopp has overseen 15 games since, has won six league games and accumulated 22 points.

In starkest terms, Rodgers took 1.5 points per game, Klopp 1.46.
...
There did not appear to have been a lot of thought going into the match. Still, at least the Anfield crowd got to see Steven Caulker, on loan from Queens Park Rangers, in his natural position in defence. On his previous appearances in a red shirt Caulker had been deployed as an auxiliary centre-forward. Even Rodgers, a pioneer in positional chicanery, would have baulked at such a move.

The creamy bellwhiffs are organising another protest against their current 'yank' owners....

Cue banners being dragged from the back of the airing cupboard, youtube videos about raping the family by q list zelebridees and a march from somewhere they were always going to be to somewhere they were always going to go....

It's like deja vu all over again :) :)

Barnsley 2 Satan's XI 3

Red cards for Barnsley - 2.20 for breathing on Owen; 3.50 for a career threatening word in Owen's right ear; 6.32 for a two footed challenge on the referee's integrity.

The line ' it was into the second half all the controversy began' or roughly translated ' Satan had finished roasting sinners early and realised they were playing' .
