10 games usually give you a good indication on how good or bad a player

might take a bit longer with fella being a new lg ect,hope he hits the ground running and we get a pleasant surprise.

It's Merson's opinion.

My opinion is there's really not that many problems with the team at all. We're very close, and we'll get there.

Mark Hughes isn't a better manager, and he wouldn't have the players that we do now at the club.

As for showing ambition, we've just made our third ever biggest signing, and people are still complaining about being underwhelmed.

As I've said before, we don't deserve nice things.

The journo's are typically briefed a little ahead but told to wait for the club to formally announce. You can hint but it is generally considered bad form to just ignore it and publish clear confirmation first.
