Hello all!

I've lived down south a few years now, and annoying rarely make it to Goodison nowadays. Usually make it to Pompey (like this Sat) and try the London ones.
Are there any other Southern based Toffees on here? Any tips on getting to more matches? TV is OK but nowhere near the same.
And i'm especially looking to get a ticket or two for the away game in Benfica, but always struggle with European games!

Bascially Help!

Hi,

Im down in Devon, only get to make it up to Goodison a couple of times a season. Its a 9 hour round journey... quite a trek. Hopefully will be coming up for the Villa game at the end of October.

I am in Kent. I try to make it to the Portsmouth game every year. Always went to the Charlton game until they got crap!

Im in Bedford, run the Bedford Everton Supporters Club.Theres loads of blues in Bedford,if the journey up theres a bit far youre always welcome at our local Everton pub for games!

I live in Somerset, fairly long drive and I try to get to Goodison 2 times a season or so. There are quite a few Everon supporters in the place I live in.

I'm in Southampton and so far have only seen one other Evertonian who had McFadden on the back of an old shirt...so it's not looking good!

I'd rather not have to go to St Mary's unless i have to as well. I did hear that there was an Everton supporters group in Brighton but can't find any details.

You need to join ESSCA - over 100 blues primarily based in the Portsmouth & Southampton area, but also across Hampshire & into Sussex & Dorset.

ESSCA - Everton Supporters South Coast Area

The main guy is Eddie Harbour.

Way down south in St Ives , Cornwall.

So I don't get to too many home games :(

I really hope we get Plymouth away in the FA Cup this year.. lol..

Stu..

how do you get tickets for away matches? i was living in france and when i came back to england i moved to the south of the midlands, i`ve found it really hard to get to a match ever since.

i saw a few empty spots at the fulham game, would of loved to go there. londons 40mins away on the train.

supporters clubs are a way to get tickets, anyone can start one and get affiliated by the club as long as they follow the correct procedure. for instance it could be the "grandoldteam forum members Everton Supporters Club".

other than doing that, if there is a branch in your area then give them a bell. if you started a got branch then it would mean that members could get tickets together as well.

i am from oxford don't go to many games as i work every fooking weekend :( got a few saturdays and sundays off now so might get a few in this season
