Our style is right down Leicesters street. Sit back and hit on break. I hope Martinez mixes it up this week perhaps play more long balls and put the suspect Leicester defence under pressure.

They're having an amazing season, nobody can take that away from them. Always one team every year think they have hit the jackpot until it all goes down in flames. COYB smash these no marks.

i read a post on here saying about parking the bus and you might not be far wrong ive yet to see us really dominate against a team who sits very deep and uses the counter against us.

i would say the way arsenal played and beat us was the right way they seemed to let us counter but then re counter with pace and skill and with delfeou, barkley and lukaku that could be a possibility.

Funnily enough when I was talking to a friend that is exactly what I said ... we need to counter off their counter. Of course it turned into "but what if they counter our counter to their counter" ... "well we just counter the counter to our counter to their counter" ... and so forth. Nonsense aside I do think it's what we'll do ... or try to do. We don't really park buses but we can play keep-away for a long time I suppose. Clevs will play even if McCarthy is healthy I think to give us more of the passing.

I have this image in my head of Martinez parking the bus to counter and Leicester parking the bus to counter and neither team wanting the ball so it becomes the football equivalent of this (which went on for periods during the whole game):

our fighting spirit and determination will see us come from behind for a draw . i think you will go 1-0 up first half and then we will get an equilizer half way through 2nd half and just manage to defend it .

Hahahahahaha ... what a ludicrous far fetched scenario. Everton surrender a first half lead and draw the game?!?!?! IMPOSSIBLE! ;)

I've been to Leicester - the National Space Centre is there. The kids liked it.

Pretty much nothing stands out about the rest of it like. It's essentially Stoke without the soot and bottle ovens.

The incredible thing is we beat them were ONLY 9 points off them.

*did I really just say that.

Still 17 in 54 though

About as funny as a kidney removal.

Shame you haven't got the class that all involved with this have.

Big win for us. 3-0.

  • They will be taken seriously (half the success they've had is through opposition underestimating them)
  • We've got the sort of mobile defence that will snuff out their threat on the break
  • They're missing two of their five ever-presents - Drinkwater and Huth. Drinkwater, in particular, will be a massive miss as he's the pivot of that side from defence to attack
  • They're really not that good. The defence looks suspect, and with Huth absent it'll only get more flakey.
  • We are VERY tough to beat, as the form guide will tell you.
  • We are in the middle of a run of form that creates lots of chances and sooner or later they'll again (S'land/Villa) end up being taken and burying some team.
We'll win this for sure. The only question is by how much. Leicester are coming down to earth with a massive bump tomorrow.

With all due respect Dav there are not many teams as bad as Sunderland and Aston Villa, but we are due to beat one of the top teams due to the fact we haven't ANY of them upto now.
