I am astonished by their reaction to Klopp. They genuinely think they are contenders to win the league and even the more sensible amongst them are going on about injuries to Manchester City and the need to go on a run.

They have had a very easy start to the season, having played 3 decent teams. They are 10th. The fact they think they can climb above 9 other teams is beyond parody. Stick to trying to get above Crystal Palace and West Ham lads and you might make the top 8 again.

as luck would have it I booked this last week off as an at-home holiday - intended to do some gardening, clear out the shed - that kind of stuff

obviously the hedge is still overgrown and the shed is still full of crap

have been stuck in front of my imac transfixed since sunday - still cant get over the excitement of tracking his flight in real time - in fact both flights - the first one turned out to be a red herring which turned south and went sightseeing in north wales

best holiday of my life
