Everton Youth Teams Thread

didn't really want to post this but was out last night, and there was a few of our players there.

Most notably was Ryan Ledson who i know has had a bit of a rough time it seems in the youth teams.

He was a little uhh... worse for wear let's say, arguing with a few lads, and then with some girls too.

Oh and he and his friends / group were getting rejected from a place before the usual 'don't you know who i am, I'm Ryan Ledson' sort of thing happened, or it was one of his friends saying 'He's Ryan Ledson, they'll let him in anywhere'

which is sort of bad to see if thats the crowd he was hanging around with.

Prior to that heard nothing but good reports about his professionalism so was a bit weird to see that like.

Cheers, great clip , but as we've said before why can't EFC do this instead of watching LFC clips. You pick up interesting things from the commentary like " Everton brought him over from the Congo when he was 9'years old" . Sounds like
Beni Baningime showed talent at an early age and we have an extensive scouting system!

I've watched him in 3 or 4 matches for the U21s. He is of course only 16 so you have to allow for that, but I didn't see anything more than what the likes of McAleny were doing at that age. I do know though that he has attracted advances from Arsenal already. So maybe he's got more than I'm seeing.

this video will be mildly amusing if evans makes it in the premier league in a few years, they refer to him as andy evans, probably due to his accent.

Donahue reminds me a little of Trevor Steven.Early days though.

At the end there was a shot of Nathan Holland on crutches on the side lines, explains why he wasn't in England u17/18 squad recently announced.

Last year it was Kieran Dowell they highlighted , so they obviously take time to watch/research their players.
