Fantastic last night but very unfit - was breathing through every orifice after 20 mins! Love his attitude too, he clearly loves it here. He acknowledged us every time we sang his song and was even geeing us up at one point! Looks like he just wants to be loved and has finally found his adopted spiritual home. When he gets fully fit he will be frightening!!

Fantastic game last night, I'm always gobsmacked but his one touch control, he just has that ability of bringing the ball down to his feet perfectly, even on the run.

He is better than Coutinho.

Reckon if it weren't for that hammy he'd be flying now. Remember those rocky style training vids he was putting up at the start of preseason haha

.....both good players, think Deulofeu has still got it to prove but I was chuffed with his performance last night.

I still find it amazing that we got him for £4.2 mill given the prices I see quoted against no marks I've hardly heard of . Just who could you get for less than £5 mill these days.

It is genuinely funny to see any player interact so naturally with the crowd when the game is on, and a young foreign lad at that! Raw, a bit self indulgent trying for super goals when a pass was on, probably a bit cocky too but he absolutely turned the game in our favour and is clearly dead skilful. Let's enjoy the roller coaster!!!!

I think when you have the talent he does mate - these kind of chances are fair enough as we all know he's gonna have 1 pop to himself, but create another 5

Take Barkley last night as an example, tried 2 on his left peg and neither came off but worked his socks off and played his part in winning us the game.
