He was always for sale, City just played the game better than us, its no surprise really. Not really Moyes fault. He had the whole of Citys business minds against him, with only Kenwrong and SunTan Bob for support.

Even an idiot knew it would come to this. He was going to go there no matter what. To drag it out this long was just idiotic. Now we have 9 days or whatever to build a team. :dodgy:

I am now in a post Lescott mindset, i wish to look onwards and upwards from this moment on. He has gone, we have got a reported £24 million for him and i am only now interested what Moyes does with the money. Has far as i am concerned, Lescott whatever his name, is well and truly history.

TBH im really happy with the result. I think moyes played it right an got as much as possible for the rat!!

Hopfully their will be players arriving in the next few days.
