Because we offered him a five year one just a year ago.
Read my post again mate...the bit that said his new market value.

Look at all their online comments, it's all from AFRICANBLUEBLUD1998 discussing "them Hazard mad skillz" and doing photoshops of Ronaldo wearing the Chelsea shirt. You blatantly wrote that just after seeing the previous 'Chelsea fans read this forum for reference' post
You are right though, Chelsea 'fan' at my work is asking me if he thinks they'll buy Stones or not because Terry and Cahill aren't any good apparently... He didn't even know Zouma's name...
Do people actually think he's not for sale?
£34m and he's off unfortunately. Stones wants to go and the club will have to sell.
Although it may well be the case, I'm yet to see a direct quote from Stones saying that he wants to leave.
Shows how much of a joke journalism has become when national papers can write articles about events that have apparently happened without any evidence whatsoever.
It's a good point though, we should use all tools to secure him. Offering him a better contract to reflect his importance in the team could be one option.Hes still got 4 years on the one now
yes , buit we do this afre Sept the 1st up his wages fairly etc like we did with baines when the bookies closed the books on him being a cert to go to UNT!Read my post again mate...the bit that said his new market value.
Of course he hasn't publicly.
I obviously haven't got any evidence, just the same as everyone else has no evidence he's staying. All I'm saying is that we've sold our best players, Baines aside, continually for the best part of 25 years now. That probably won't change any time soon. We might hold out for more than 34, but it's looking very likely he's off from what I'm told. I'm not looking to wind anyone up here.

After the deadline day yes most certainly! It's a good point though, we should use all tools to secure him. Offering him a better contract to reflect his importance in the team could be one option.
What's changed?
Not saying your wrong, just don't think anything's changed at all.
It may be too late by then mate, at least have the chat now. After the deadline day yes most certainly!
Yes Doug he was sold because of his marital affair in those days frowned upon - later after a bad move he stated Everton would have been better selling his wife!lolWhy stop at 25 years? We've been selling star players all the way back to Tommy Lawton.

Or in short: blerts.
