ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

.....bottom line is not the agent, it's not how the situation has been handled it's the fact a player wants to leave that club. Apparently they have got a fantastic deal yet the Twitter trolls target the lads daughter.
My only analogy is that Liverpool fans are like a petulant child who is sobbing their little eyes out and stamping their feet as they proclaim...

"I didn't want to play with that toy anyway".

He may not be the best in the world, but he was their future starlet. And he binned them off because the whole myth around their cult didn't wash.

They'll be penning their own version of 10cc's - I'm Not in Love before you bloody know it.

... it would not surprise me if, like with Suarez, the actual amount paid is not £49m.

BBS Sport are reporting it at £44m + £5 addons (I'm guessing International caps, Champions league apps etc, etc) -20% sell on, and loyalty bonus, agent fees, probably somewhere around £33m.

It'll be £50m whenever they want to talk about how great they are in the transfer market and then £30m when they need to excuse their poor performance with "we can't compete with the moneyed clubs".

Wouldn't be so sure mate. They let Suarez rot for a short while, and after the transfer window closed, he almost dragged them to a title win. Thank the lord for Jose, Slippy G and Palace. Can you imagine how unbearable they'd be if they actually won it? Chris alive, it was bad enough just when they thought they were gonna win it.

True, the difference being he was world class though and had the ability to do that, Sterling doesn't. Oh and Jose will always be a God after that.

Ahh yes, Suarez. The lad who came from Uruguay -via Ajax- at a cost of £18 million. Defo solely responsible for him being good at footy are the kopites.
They certainly elevated to him world class status. Or he discovered another level and showcased it on a bigger stage.

Just fulfilled his potential mate. He would have been even better (and certainly more successful) if he'd signed for Citeh instead.

Other than that, I defo agree he was made in klanfield.
