If I'm him I'm out...needs to be playing weekly at this point. Not going to be our first choice....maybe ever. If someone is offering him 40k/wk, there is no way we should be considering matching that.

Yep 40k is bloody steep for a player who has only played a few games. Fair play to Bournemouth of they are willing to offer that much

I think this is one situation though Joey where it definitely isn't Hibbos fault. I know he gets blamed for a lot of crap for being crap but I don't think his weekly pay packet has sent Luke over the edge where he's now taken the decision to do one.

Hibbo is also boss at fishing, something Luke could only dream about being good at.

Pity our manager was good at fishing for some good players mark my words all our older players have been given long lucrative deals - is it any wonder Garbutt who looked the part is leaving Baines could have played in midfield this season with LG given his chance like Robles frozen out!

I think Garbutt could have been given a few more games for sure mate but not sold on the idea of Baines playing in the middle just yet. Robles though, well that's for the other thread

Aye mate and I reckon Oviedo isn't even on that much tbh and he would definitely have been behind him in the pecking order imo

You're the same person who thought selling Duffy was a bad move...the lad has rode the bench at Blackburn for the second half of the season.
