Rooney leaving has to be the worst ever. I thought he'd be here forever :(

Rom signing was huge and I still think he'll prove to be a boss player for years to come.
 
Just been back through the thread and i do appreciate the feelings of all who have posted,I had feelings for most of all the other Main Men who left us....Duncan, Rooney, Mikel,Trickey,Andy Gray,Lineker...most of them are more recent really.....
Alex Young ,Roy Vernon,Jimmy Gabriel...
We could go on forever...the main bit is all of us had/have a love for all of our choices..long may it be that way..

Just voted and checked the results - have to say I am surprised at the number of votes for Rooney, obviously the 60+ vintage haven't turned out. Alan Ball for me - was and is the best player I have ever seen playing for Everton. Ferguson a close second because it was such a shady deal.

The most shocked ive been was getting Lukaku, was literllay buzzing couldn't sit still.

Most saddened about a player going was probably Arteta but in the long run i wasnt that bothered in the end, i try not to get to atttahced to players these days
 

I got to say I was on a 5 day bender in ibiza when the Arteta news broke so it didn't effect me. Rooney did hurt bad. I was 14.

Probably Arteta though. I do remember just shaking my head at the tele for the Rooney one but I full on booted a table when Arteta left, I was properly gutted. Spanish fraud.
