An anti Bill Kenwright banner appears in the stand at West Ham and gets air time on MOTD. The person who created the banner is nothing to do with the Blue Union by the way (her name is Katie Carter).

Within hours, a Twitter handle, @AntiBlueUnion is created and is tweeting abuse to both the banner creator and also anyone defending her.

Curiously this address has 9 followers at time of this post: 1 of whom is a crank called Adam Kenwright who falsely claims to be Bill Kenwrights nephew (he isn't).

Another of the 9 followers is Mo Maghazachi - the Senior Press & PR Manager at Everton Football Club....

Hmmmmmmmmm....

Surely this kind of accusation could be classed as libel... I'd swerve this, frankly.

What accusation would that be?

That a key Everton communications department employee is one of the first followers of an Anti Blue Union twitter account set up in the last 24 hours to deliberately target abuse at the person who held up the banner, with the Anti Blue Union account falsely alleging that person is racist (a libellous action in itself) in an effort to discredit her?

Given that all of that is true, I'm willing to take my chances mate.
