thinking/hoping this will happen alot more now...might even see a similar picture to the 1980s'..

Unfortunately there are no angry young men and women to take the fight into the clubs and the Hit Parade any more.

No Braggs or Wellers to articulate the frustrated aspirations of a beaten generation.

Where once we had the Red Wedge and songs about fascists down the tube station at midnight now we have X Factor and Harry Styles.

Milliband would have made a brilliant PM, no doubt about that, just a shame he did'nt look the part for the X Factor public.

Even on the 'gaffes' I can't see how right minded people favoured Cameron:

Miliband - looked stupid eating a sandwich once

Cameron - proclaimed support for the wrong football team, revealing a pathetic attempt to appear normal by pretending to like football.

Aye. Murdoch & the likes' 'dumbing down' of the media. All part of the plan.

If either of those put you off them then you shouldn't be voting. I have no interest in how someone eats (as I would be equally as messy, if not worse) and I do not care who they support - they could be Liverpool fans for all I care as long as they are right for the job.

Our new majority government. Cheers England.

Who's money?

You'll find a lot of tory MP's wealth can be traced back to the norman conquests. Those that can't, the probabilities are that the majority of the rest is inherited wealth anyway.

Although they're all happy to mention their humble beginnings aren't they?

This is a true story told me by my cousin in Ireland.

Or it may be apocryphal. But it deserves to be true :)

My cousin and his chum went fishing on a river flowing through the land of Lord sommat or other.

They were poaching and a bailiff approached them and told them to hop it.....they were trespassing on private property.

The chum asked how come the property was "private" and the bailiff said Milord owns it.

When asked how Milord came to own the land the bailiff said "his ancestors fought for it and won the fight".

To which my cousin's mate replied "well go fetch him here and I will fight him for it now......".....:whip:

.....er......I'll get me coat.......:(
