You're right.

But it's a nice touch by the players, who didn't have to give a toss.

£35k may be nothing to them, but £10 in our pockets, is alot for some.

Agree with that, and send them by first class rail and put them up in a four star hotel for the night, it's only once a
season and these fans go to every away game all season.

Reading through this it would have been better if they done nothing. Some people just love to moan about anything, even a good gesture haha.

Just because they earn a wedge it does not mean they owe you anything from it. Good on them, a couple of pints before the game that is

Nice gesture. Of course the players could afford to pay more but why should they? It's their wages, good on them for achieving in life. The real issue is why are clubs charging £55 to watch a meaningless game of footy.

I would suggest that if saving £10 is significant then people haven't got their priorities right in going to the game in the first place

By all means, money may be a virtue to you, but say example a dad wants to take his 2 lads to the game, £10 off each ticket is £30, which is the equivalent of a free ticket, with £8 left to spare.

£10 could be a crate of ale that you could drink on the train down. I'm astounded that people are actually moaning about this.

Not moaning at all, it's a saving, but 10dabs should have no significance in deciding to go or not if the only concern is money. Maybe not coming across right
