Yeah - about this. Let's remember that handbags were commonplace until a few years ago. Before that there may have been a duel and differences met with taking a life. Possibly a bit too extreme.

Today instead of lamping somebody we have to be bullied by silver tongued do-gooders who batter you into submission because your ears are bleeding as they can master a diatribe of words, not necessarily because they are rational or right. Sometimes a good thump is a useful summarising tool. Then it's over with.

Haranguing people with endless words is the women's way. A scrap in the playground is a man's way. One of those can go on and on with poisonous resentment for decades, the other often ends with a handshake and a beer.

I know which I'd prefer.

I don't like Clarkson. I think he is a pompous arrogant tit however I hate how everything has to be censored these days. Everything is PC, everything is offensive. You have to be totally vanilla and bland with no character or humour or else you are the devil reincarnate
