Just read David Prentice piece in the Echo. I think a lot of journalist's are spending their time on fan's websites. Although I like his writing style and it is very accurate, I am sure most of it came from threads of this excellent site.

I don't think any domestic game is easily won for us at the moment.

Teams smell blood with us and we're very easy to predict.

They'll come. Sit deep for a duration, and have players very capable.
Probably that will be the tactic. It'll be very tense. But we have more of a motive to grab the points than they do. They are basically playing for nothing. Stoke the other night were looking to push on for Europe, not this lot. If the players are up for this we can win it. It's all down to them.

They are lazy arse plagiarists. FACT.

I still say with 90% confidence that we won't be going down and he won't be sacked.

I have absolutely no idea what happens next season though. Not much would have to change to recreate last season IMO, but it could just as easily be as bad as this one. Would depend on who we lose and who we sign, obviously, but I would be pretty sure that next season would see improvement, simply because much of the team (including the manager) is young and developing.

This season has been depressing, and there's no getting away from the fact that the manager has made crucial mistakes, more and more so as the season has gone on. I can't help but feel it's been somewhat of a perfect storm though, with a combination of two early season wins dropped, a belting by Chelsea and then a stream of points dropped as a result of ridiculous individual errors sapping confidence and causing Martinez to panic. And now we are here, desperately waiting for it to end so we can start fresh.

Carver has won more games than martinez in the same amount of time

higher in the league as well

And has already beaten us once this season

Don't let those stupid things like "true facts" get in the way mate

3 points guaranteed, the Oracle has spoken.

And by Oracle, I mean someone who doesn't go the game and by his views on how we're playing, hasn't actually seen us play

Newcastle game is the 2nd biggest of Martinez's career.

He's got the home advantage and the players to win comfortably.

Fingers crossed he manages it

So it's all fixed, we all stand behind Martinez till the end of the season and hope he turns the tide.
