I'm in the Martinez out camp, but the key date for me is March 22nd. If we're closer to the drop zone following the match against QPR, then the possibility of relegation needs to be taken seriously.

Edit: Forgot Merseyside and London are two different places. American.

The views expressed here are not necessary the views of this angry blue.

There is no hiding from the fact now, relegation is looking more and more realistic, we have got no fight and that is what you need when you are in a relegation battle. This can't go on or we are down, it's plain and simple, no one is taking responsibility, it's getting brushed under the carpet. This fella is going to destroy our club, it's there for all to see, he has done it before with Wigan and he's doing the same with Everton, Kenwright open your eyes and have the balls to make the decision, he's got to go.

I haven't seen it this bad since Mike Walker was in charge, the only difference is we've got a multi-million pound squad now who only turn up for the Thursday night Europa League games, I honestly don't get it. On paper our squad is up there but they are just not doing it, it's falling apart.

I really can't come to terms with the mess that we're in right now. A blip/slump is fair enough but the rot has well and truly set in, we really do look like a team in free fall.

He landed himself a fantastic job here, the more you look at it and you have to say that last season's success was built on the back of the groundwork Moyes had put in. That's perhaps being slightly unfair on Martinez but just look at what we're serving up now that he's had a year to implement his plans.

It really is Wigan Athletic in royal blue. The football is absolutely dour and I honestly don't believe the players believe in the manager. I doubt they'd cause a dressing room mutiny, we're not that type of squad but you can't help but sense they have doubts about where we're going under the current set up.

I think I’ve had enough, I might get a little drunk
I say what’s on my mind, I might do a little time
Cause all of my kindness, is taken for weakness

Now I’m 10 more games from wildin’
And we got 11 more days ’til Newcastle
I’m just tryna to win a game
I swear I wish somebody would tell me
Ooh thats all I want

Woke up an optimist, sun was shining I’m positive
Then we lost to Stoke
Hold me back I’m bout’ to spaz

We are playing them away mate

Neither in support, nor in defense of him... he seems to be having a moment (albeit a season-long one) that has befallen many managers in the past - see Moyes, Benitez to name but a couple - where he becomes very stubborn in his failing tactics, because there previously didn't seem to be much tweaking needed to create an unstoppable force... think last year.

Both examples above managed to pull their head out of their respective arses (on the occasions that I'm thinking of) and reconfigure.

I hope Boberto is showing this kind of delusion rather than the 'King Kenny' kind, or alternatively his own special brand.

Either way we need at least a win from the next 2 games, which is a sizable ask.

Ermm the few words that portray me as some sort of shaudenfreude at our defeat.

No, no it doesn't. I am happy that fans are starting to wake up after delusionally dismissing and mocking people like myself for weeks

Theres still a few to go mate , dont ever wanna see us lose but. i think I know what you mean, like somehow if we get beat he will be gone , so just 1 more defeat is small price to be rid of watching the same tappy tappy passy to deathy dope a rope bullshid horrible to watch brain dead tactics with no end result.
Never wanna see us lose but never wanted a manager gone so much and I go back to Kendall First Blood Part 1 days.
