What I can't understand about Martinez is the lack of tact and common sense he has employed this season:-

1. Constant use of naismith / barkley on the wing despite repeated failings
2. Dropping Joel after 4 clean sheets, replacing with the calamitous Howard
3. Being an apologist for poor performances instead of being honest and demanding improvement
4. Saying we controlled games just because we had a good possession statistic in said game, despite creating about 2 chances all match and losing comprehensively
5. Pretending that we have just been unlucky - after Stoke today he said ''we haven't got the results our performances deserve'' - no, no, no! Is this PR guff or is he seriously deluded?

He seemed like a very smart bloke last season who could say nothing wrong. Now, everything he says feels like he's trying to pull the wool over our eyes and all his decisions seem to be designed specifically to p*ss off the fans.

He can't say any different mate because he knows no different. As fans we are in it together of wanting what's best for Everton football club and it's obvious mate that it ain't happening with him. There's nothing wrong with you defending him btw, I've done it enough and I've had it mate, completely done with him and do you know why? You tell me that those 11 players are playing for him? It's not just one "unlock the door passer to Lukaku" we need under Martinez. It would be the whole [Poor language removed] 11 because they are woeful under him, absolutely 100% woeful. No passion, no fight, no effort, no sweat, no communication, no endeavour, no guile, no will to stick in there when the going gets tough ( nearly every goal we concede is where we have 4 minutes of pressure on us ).

He's done for. Time to go. We stick together as fans because we support Everton football club, not a manager who feeds us the same [Poor language removed] every pout match.

Just my opinion though Dave, if you continue to support him I will still respect that decision because we are all on different pages at the moment. I turn back to that phrase though mate "we all want the best for Everton" because we are all fans in this forum and all in our own opinions want what's best for Everton.
Good times and bad times. Get behind the manager and the team.

It's really as simple as that.

If everyone does it we get out of this and we get back to winning ways.
