Really enjoyed this. What really struck me was how you could see just how the stress of the whole thing was taking its toll on Snowden. His complexion and the bags under his eyes get progressively worse as the days go on.

Leaving all your family and friends without a word to go head on with the might of the US intelligence services... The guy has some serious balls!

The World at War is currently being aired on BBC2 every day at 13:45. A landmark documentary which is well worth a best.

In my humble opinion, it is one of the best documentary series ever produced or shown. If not the best.

Brilliant series that, a timeless classic. best doc available by far on WW2 IMO.

If you like that series then I'd recommend The nazis: A warning from history. And Auschwitz: The Nazis and 'The Final Solution' both very interesting although the latter contains some shocking images and arrogant nazi interviews

Cheers brad, already done them, both decent viewing as I'm a bit of a war doc fan.

Haha me too mate let me know if you come across any other decent ones :)

If you like modern warfare as well there is a decent one called Restrepo, Its set in Afghanistan and was made by Tim Hetherington who was later killed in the Libya conflict, Its well worth a watch.
