Very professional performance in the end. Young Boys' game plan was obviously to come out all guns blazing, nick and early goal and cause us to panic and fair play to them it nearly worked. But other than 10/15 mins or so, there was only one team in it.

Everyone played well. Stonewall pen (how was the keeper not even booked?) and the other 2 goals were proper boss.

Gibson keeps the ball moving with pace which we've been crying out for this season. Can he stay fit?

LETS WIN THIS CUP THING EH BLUES

I think we'll win with a degree of comfort tonight. I expect Lukaku to do well, people on here to cream over him as per usual, only for him to do nothing domestically for a month. Similarly, Martinez fans will be telling people to pipe down en masse for beating a Swiss side who are effectively already beaten.

In reality, the game means nothing in terms of taking anything from it beyond the 90 minutes in isolation.

3-1 Everton.

I never put money on these things. Hope Lukaku proves me half wrong anyway.

Are you the fella in the horses head at the games mate?;)lol
And the lunatic in his speedo's again in the family enclosure!!

Hahaha Dario I was on the back row of the family enclosure and 30 odd seats away from him but he was getting a cheer. What was he holding up as it just looked like a white board so couldn't see the writing. Brave man, it was bloody freezing!!
