howard is attrocious, he's going down as one of the worst keepers ever with this season. i have never in my life in all the season of the prem seen one player single handedly cost a team so many points. he makes our whole defence nervous and play crap, his distribution is the worst in the league. did you see that clown start laughing when he skimmed another one out of play?
3 clean sheets in a row for robles on the back of a MOM performance in the cup and we replace that with 4 goals in 3 games all with the keeper at fault and 3 games in a row of terrible kicking and each game seen a slice go out of play for a throw.

True that. Robles isn't exactly a world beater but we looked solid and everybody at the back knew their roles, kept calm and kept clean sheets.
Howard comes back in and it's panic at the disco.

well he's cost us 2 pints for sure. lukaku was utter crud but he still got a goal and asssist (or two assist) - his misses weren't the reason we didn't win - the fact that they didn't actually force a save out of our keeper in the whole match, yet have scored 2 tap ins
We would have won that if it wasn't for Howard, missed chances and all. We played good football in the second half, made a lot of chances and two goalkeeper errors (there were actually 4 but we weren't punished for the other 2) cost us 3 points.

My favourite bit was when he sliced a backpass out of touch and laughed about it. It was like he knew how crap he was but still wouldn't be dropped.

if robles was in goal not only would the first goal have been gobbled up, but stones wouldn't have been getting involved either. he strikes fear into our centre backs, i said it tounge in cheek the other day, but it possibly is howard's fault stones has looked iffy for the first time in his career now he's back.
Bench him that was abysmal. Joel stops both and in fairness should have cost a third at the start of the second. Been a defender of him but that was a disgrace. I hope someone asks Martinez about that crap.
