Paranoia on here of late.

I can assure you the dimensions of that pie chart are representative.

Representative of what Dave? The yes vote as a percentage isn't twice the size of the no vote, yet on your chart it is well over twice the portion. Your chart is wrong.

He needs a fast winger to do that.

Where's Atsu?

Where's Mirallas?

Where's Mcgeady?

Where's Pienaar?

Where's our team? FFS.

@davek

You're making it sound as though it isn't Martinez's fault that he can't play fast football from the off because the wingers he got aren't good enough. So I'll answer your questions:

Where's Atsu? - He's at the African Cup of Nations during a hard run of games and hasn't even settled into the team as it. Who got him in? Martinez.

Where's Mirrallas? - Not sure if you watched the last couple of games but he's been playing. Felt like he could go against team ordered, but according to Martinez no big deal.

Where's McGeady? - Again, been available but not that good. Signed by Martinez.

Where's Pienaar? - Hasn't been all season, along with a raft of others.

You can't tell me that Martinez can't play quick attacking football because he doesn't have the wingers, when 2 of the wingers you mentioned were brought in by him, one has been playing and went against his orders and the other has hardly even played for him.

He refuses to play that way.

I think I recognise that chart.

I a
I fully expected Martinez to realise a few games in that the slow pace was hurting us and encourage the team to go at the opposition fast from the off and overwhelm, like Rodgers did when Liverpool were struggling.

I was gobsmacked that he didn't, and like you bewildered by him not doing managerial basics in this league.
I actually think in the west ham replay and against west brom,we started very quick but needed a goal, then after 30 odd minutes the pace slowed right down,we did start both of them games well.
