It's 50/50 roughly

Pressure is starting to pile

My biggest worry now is that no decent player would sign with us now.

Yep it's not like we are Man Utd who can have a poor season but still have the reputation and finances to not worry about it. If things dont turn around players will be wanting out and we will not be able to get players of similar quality in.

Only thing keeping him in the job is the Europa. Think he's not really got any authority as he is too nice and pleasant to bolllock the players, Mirallas saying he's taking the penno when Baines takes them and Bobby not saying a word shows that. Close to being a Martinez out guy but the footy we played last season was no fluke, im really unsure what's best for us in terms of a manager at this point. Also, jags shouldn't be captain imo. My biggest concern also. This season will cost us in the long run I'm afraid. Will be a long hard summer.

14 days to go now for the transfer window to shut, and RM has 12 days now before we play again.

This team, the way they play will take us down.

We do not look like a team that can score when teams put 10 men behind the ball.

If he does not bother getting players in January transfer window, he can forget about the summer - he will be sacked after the Leicester game.

yet we are 12th!

We have climbed to 12th! There is a gulf of space growing between the top ten and bottom ten and we are part of the latter. We might go from earning the most points without a champions league to achieving the lowest points total without being relegated.

The 'window for opportunities'. Even if we sell I don't think we'll replace.

Good job it's Everton, under BK then, as he's been consistent in not backing the manager in January, whether we're chasing 4th or flirting with relegation.

On another note, I see we now have the option to change our vote. I like this. Reminds me of that gameshow "Runaround" where we stand in a circle that represents our answer, and then with the option to change. Mike Reid was the original presenter, and even though I was only 6, I had to stop watching when that kopite Stan Boardman took over.

You really can't blame Jags for this one. He looked Unaware until to late of what was even going on. The scenes would of been much worse for him to run over and take the ball and give it Baines under what would of then been stupid pressure on baines then. A miss for him would then have been inveitable.

Either your manager gets involved from the touchline or a player respects his manager to not pull something like that in the first place. Neithe happened...

I hope we can offload Mirallas and and use the money to sign Deulofeu permanently before the end of this transfer window. And then we should sign a proper striker and not a geriatric money-grabber like Eto'o!

I vote yes again.

But at the start if March if we are still on this run. since I last said that we still haven't won a game and been knocked out the cup. It does.not.bode well.

I'm sorry but I am all for giving him time and I want him to turn this around and he the manager he threatens to be. But you can't take away the fact all he ever did in his last job was fight relegation and as of a few weeks ago we are doing that now despite all the money invested in the squad to make us chasing Europe

RM needs to take a leaf out of Brenda's book, RS were conceding a lot of goals, so he concentrated on defending first and played a different way.

Once they sorted the defence out, they went back to play how they use too.

Bill will play on the fact that we as a club don't sack managers quickly on a whim. He'll also be influenced by RM having a great season last, and the fact Moyes's 2nd season was poor.

The difference being, Moyes had a relegation squad, RM has a top 6 squad!!

I don't think there's anyway back for RM. He's totally lost the players and the fans. It's a blip that's gone on too long and even if we got a few good results, the moment it went bad again we'd be back in "this moment" all over again.
