Lukaku and Eto'o together will be very good after a run of a few matches.
Eto'o is not a midfielder though and lukaku picks his games.
I know he scored but he has given them one as well.
Martinez needs to show some bottle at half time and hook him for ross.
Just hope martinez gets them up for the 2nd half and not just shut his eyes an hope for the best

We are just too slow in gettingbthe ball forward, i'm absolutely pissed off watching the ball get played across the back 4.
I would love them to show us the posession stats and then show what they are from the back 4.
Agreed. Nais, Lukaku and Eto look dangerous when the ball gets through to them.
Instead of doing that though, it gets passed around the back 4 until Alcaraz has to either hoof it forward (giving it away) or make a mistake

We look so old, there's no pressing and no movement but yet one pass and they're at our back 4.

Coleman and Baines are just being pinned in our half and Naismith and Osman aren't wide players.

Horrible team selection. We need to bring on Besic and Barkley and bring off Eto'o (he's done well but looks like he'll tire) and Osman.

Thank god Howard didn't take him down, could have been Sunderland all over.

Osman has done ok, but he drifts inside when we're sitting back and then Baines just gets overloaded on that size. Someone just needs to tell him he's not f***ing Messi

Told yous eto'o behind the striker beasting it. Give it another 10 or so minutes, tire them some more then get some pace on and start hitting them at speed

Got me times wrong, woke up 30minutes into the game. Nice intricate interplay when we get forward, Eto'o looks class.
Great first goal, slack pass for Lukaku for the second, but redeemed himself with the goal. Just need a little more energy and composure on the ball
