I don't really see what he brings to our team at the min, but like all players we need to get behind them, give them sometime to show us what they can do. He must have something about him for bobby to bring him in. He looked good at times last night going forward, but leaves our full back in trouble doesn't get back as he should, but I'm sure that will come with time.

He deserves at least until Christmas to prove himself but I'm massively underwhelmed so far.... his decision making has been appalling.

There was just a flash of what he can do in the 2nd half v palace at home - and he was substituted:oops: - He needs to come on in the last 15 mins of a game and the jurys still out on him

Not feeling any vibe with this kid. With Ged, we knew we had something potentially quite special, and he seemed to fit in straight away. Not getting that with Atsu. Seems a bit of a spare part.

If he was as good as some hoped he would be he would not have been sent out on loan by Chelsea.
Chelsea bought him as part of their stockpiling policy i.e a young African player with pace and talent.
A player not ready to play in their first team every week and may never be so. They send him on loan to Everton
to develop the player and possibly to sell him.
Everton have an extra player to fill out their squad and a year to look at the player. Everton may see something
in him to convince RM to try to sign him or may simply send him back at the end of the season.

It is obvious that he has a long way to go , don't forget that this time last season Deulofeu had very little first team involvement either.

Just like Lukaku?

Woeful. He is far too small to be kicking a genuine Size 5 ball around. It just looks ridiculous. Worst player on the pitch last night, on a pitch that contained Osman, Hibbert, Gibson and some randoms from Russia including a Wigan reject.
