Apparently this guy is Liverpool FC's Committee member of the Disabled Supporters Association and Radio Presenter, saw it on Twitter, and the link at the end of the tweet says this:

Everton fans appalling today. Inciting violence, running on pitch, setting off flares and injuring somebody, spitting at Hillsborough Memorial, I could go on. The supporters, real ones were fine, but once again the minority, who also chanted obscenities were out of order. And yes, their team were lucky, but what a goal by Jags! Got them out of jail with that strike, impressive!
They really are disgusting. I remember when Chelsea beat them 2-0 last season when Gerrard slipped and they were all going on about how they were spitting on the Hillsborough memorial which is why Liverpool fans waited outside to fight them.

Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho has apologised for making "a bad choice" by leaving Anfield before the Merseyside derby against Everton.
The French international, 24, was left out of the squad and was pictured by a supporter heading out of the stadium.
"I'm aware it was a bad choice from my part,"Sakho wrote on his Facebook page.(external)
The game ended in a 1-1 draw after Phil Jagielka's stoppage-time goal cancelled out Steven Gerrard's opener.
Sakho, who joined Liverpool from Paris St-Germain in a £18m deal in August 2013, had appeared in five of the club's first seven matches this term.
"I really want to apologise to the club, the supporters and every person who felt offended when I left the stadium this afternoon," the centre-back added.

We took the wrong decision to exit onto Anfield Road after the game to be confronted by a mob of Everton Fans. We witnessed first hand a large majority spitting at the Hillsborough Memorial, putting two fingers up at the memorial and shouting obscene language towsrd the 96 names on the plaque. They jostled Lauras wheelchair, totally ignored her and we were both very frightened. To gdt out of tge situation I had to go forward at a steady speed taking out a few ankles on the way. I felt should I have stopped they would of collided with the wheelchair and piled on top of Laura. Very disillusioned and with their behaviour and scandalous actions.es

Using someone with a disability to further a blatant lie. Scum. Even most of the sane thinking Kopite support would realise the above would simply never happen. "Large majority" ffs, utter nonsense.
was gonna type a long post here but you know what, fk themLike clockwork though. Every single time we get something from them.
What a great thank you to Everton for their great support over the years. We're bitter though.
