Unless Martinez changes his tactics we'll play straight into their hands again.

If you play high line and push right up in attack as spurs did the other week they are still capable of picking us of on the break

They're really doing their best to give me reason to be confident with these clueless (attacking-wise) performances.

It won't work though. They could get beat at West Ham and I wouldn't feel much better. I will believe that we have the balls to go there and beat them when I see it.
 

We have THREE other games before this one FFS ... stop getting me all stressed out about the bloody miserable derby!!!! Yes I know I don't have to read this thread ... I AM POWERLESS TO RESIST!

If he does that then all this talk of him being a pro active manager who changes tactics game to game etc etc will fly out the window

Anyone who watched last seasons horror show knows we can not try those tactics again whilst they have Sterling/Sturridge up front

We need to be deep and compact with pace on the break, Atsu would be perfect with Kev

First half, we sat back, let them pass it around 30 yards out and when they inevitably lost the ball, we countered them.

Perfect example

Martinez said after the game he allowed them to play like the home side as there home form was awful, Shows that he changes things

Just hope he doesn't try to prove a point at Anfield and try to play them off the park so to speak, Needs to be smart and look at there last two games and Chelsea last season

It's frigging obvious how to play against them

I don't know about you guys- i'm a new fan by the way,
But seeing videos of Tim Cahill outjumping the goalkeeper sure makes me wish we had him back-even
if it is only for one game...

Also, guys watch this on youtube-it'll make you feel good



BTW- If we're winning in the first half- we win
-If it's tied- we have a good chance of winning
-If it's a Red [Poor language removed] lead by 1 goal at half- we could come with a tie

My Prediction: Everton 3 Liverpool 1
-Martinez won't make the same mistakes again- and no more Suarez assisting Sturridge
 
Tell you what after watching them this season ill be massively annoyed if we bottle it again, just for once everton smash them. Big game players like eto'o and mirallas to do the business
