Well at the moment I do agree mate. But if a stadium is eventually delivered and investment comes then it may change things. But yes I completely agree right now.

No he'd still be the man the presided over the kirkby and Kings dock farces, the ntl shambles, introduced a questionable American director, took loans out like theirs no tomorrow and won nothing in 15 years.

That project also smashes to pieces the view that a community stadium that is going to provide daily use has to be in the City centre, as Monks Cross is an out of town retail park
