Two planes full of fuel slammed in to buildings, the buildings collapsed, as did some surrounding buildings from related shock waves, debris, fire etc.

Lots of people died, yet some people seem to get off on trying to find any number of reasons why the buildings had no right to collapse despite the fact that terrorists were actively destroying them.

People died, and all these conspiracies are a bit tasteless to me.

But its not right. The buildings were designed to take a plane hit. They were built to keep standing.

the weird thing is we dont need to go on about 9/11 conspiricies when there is actual evidence for poorly chosen/illegal american foreign policy..surely the focus should be on that?

A straw man argument does not become you. This has been a rational and objective discussion on 9/11. That considerations outside your world view sit inconveniently with you does not confer 'air of superiority' status upon those providing such considerations.

The fact no steel building has fallen due to fire before is probably due to the fact no building has been hit in a such a way as the twin towers were.

IT was and still is a tragedy which shouldn't be trivialized

...and many confirming the studies. Look, I do not know exactly 'what' happened on 9/11. But I sure as hell know that there is a lot more to the events of 9/11 than what we have been told. And that is all I have been trying to communicate.

So you then decide being condescending is the way to go? You also have little to no idea what my world view is and by implication your willingness to believe this or similar is in some way superior because you've never ceased to be enquiring. Being gullible to some crackpots who are equally easily swayed shouldn't be some badge of honour. You're a bright guy, but don't paint those that don't wish to follow you as some sort of naive simpletons who permanently live in the dark.

To be fair, it was probably built by Irish people. They would have used wood instead of steel and cardboard instead of wood and then pocketed the change.
