Henen walked out on Anderlect, so has no club.
But still part-owned by a company - THIS IS NOT ALLOWED IN ENGLAND
Olmpiacos take him (the the part not owned by 3rd paty) for free
We take him on loan with Loan fee.
We then pay them the £1.5 million fee
They then pay the £1.5 million to his "Owners"

I don't claim to ITK, but a lad in work has some club connections and told me that basicly Henen didn't want to go and was really gutted, Martinez didn't want to spend £3 million on him but felt sorry for the lad as he was really, really upset. We agreed to loan him as Henen insists he'll prove he's worth more than £3 million and that we should buy him. Weird I know, but basicly he cried and Martiz felt a bit owl arse!

So if I drive up to finch farm and have an epileptic tantrum I might get a start against West Brom?

Football is a ruthless business so I wouldn't think this would ever happen in fairness.
Martinez might have more heart than most managers and feeling sorry for someone is natural but giving him a deal based on it is not the kind of stuff that got him to where he is now.

Sorry not for me and for that reason I'm out

@Prevenger17 : This is crying out for some of your creativity..

3rd party ownership doesn't half make things difficult. It shouldn't be allowed full stop.

Doing my best @bizzaro ...

Some players do not belong to the clubs they play for, but to other investors or agents. Is this allowed with financial fair play?
This is called third-party ownership and is currently allowed according to FIFA regulations. However, within UEFA's financial fair play regulations clubs are required to disclose information on third-party ownership arrangements and, in addition, any income arising from these arrangements is delayed until the player is sold.
UEFA has asked FIFA to prohibit this worldwide. Should FIFA not take the appropriate steps, UEFA would be ready to implement its own regulations to ban third-party ownership arrangements at least for UEFA competitions.

I don't think you needed to prefix that pile of absolute pony with that statement of the obvious mate. lol

The most likely scenario is that Martinez must of been impressed with him while he was on trial with us enough to see potential so he attempted to get him he wasn't able too because Henen has 3rd party ownership which is obviously not allowed in England, so the player forces a move gets a small move to Olympiakos where we must have some deal that we buy him and get them profit if he performs for us

I have no idea what the OP was trying to say but this immediately sprung to mind.
