Steven Naismith though.

Fantastic job slotting, but he didn't seem like he was on the same page with everyone else at times though which led to misplaced passes and turning the ball over

Beside scoring one, didn't think he was all that. He's more of a player that is in the right spot at the right time, rather than a playmaker.

How is journeyman a contradiction of 'decent'?

You do make me laugh Matt.

The guy is ridiculously good and you call him a "journeyman".

Not last week you were calling him "limited"

I really dont think there's any need for that. He's limited but he's also useful off the bench. He's not gash. But we do need a proper ACM coming in during this window.

You've been wanting him out for ages and every time he scores it rankers you even more.

Dont rule out players going is the first thing I'd say.

Even without sales, though, I dont think it looks good we're so short handed going into 4 competitions. Martinez was talking up the younger players and maybe promoting a few in order to expand the first team pool of players. Is that really possible from what's been seen so far? I think that looks pie in the sky.

Naismith is ill disciplined, cant keep shape in a team and is a last 15 minutes player who can come on when we've thrown caution to the wind. He's never a starter for us. If he's a starter or considered one then we're regressing in that forward department.

The evidence is clear.

You never wanted Naismith at the club and this is causing you to criticise him any time he takes the field and puts MOTM winning performances in. He's a regular scorer and still you criticise him.

From the vaults:

What goes around comes around. He's a snide this lad. I dont want him anywhere near the first team...or the club for that matter.

Feller runs out on his club for a big payday; acts like a thug on the pitch (not his first time by all accounts) = snide.

Laughing at the kipperati defending him.

That was before he won me over.
