i think with alcaraz's injury record, you can't go with just 4 in a european season - it's basically 3 and a half with him.

only scored in one.
stones came in to the u-21's but progressed rapidly, galloway is heading the same way.

Him and forshaw moving has brought in about 4mil I think.

If Duffy was going to be behind alcaraz it makes sense to both parties for him to leave.

Alcaraz and distin gone at the end of the season leaving jags/stones/galloway/browning.

Id be looking to get gomez in as well.

Yes I understand Duffy needed to play, but he should have been given a better chance imo having Alcaraz on the bench ahead of him was a joke- DM had the chance to give him a better run 5 games on the bounce alongside Heitinga and he did a first class job = dropped under DM !
