I can't believe all the disgraceful criticism of Tony Hibbert. If you have any problem blame the manager not the player.
Such awful comments do none of you any credit at all.
Think you need to grow up before your parents take your toys away. Pathetic!

Its nothing personal we always pick on the worse player on the pitch

This is an extremely rusty Everton. They don't look anywhere near ready for the season. I would just like to see us get in there box a bit more but we don't seem capable of doing it. McGeady not great but is better than Barkley. Peinaar looks useful but his passing is woeful. We don't look like a team at all and defo not on the same wave length. I am getting a little concerned going into the new season.

My theory is RM is willing to risk us possibly dropping points in the first 2-3 games so we can be more fit for the long season ahead.

Sorry but we look around 3 weeks off pace

when I mentioned this a week ago the comedians started writing things like "relegation" one word to describe our pre season.Lacklustre

barry has been too NEA in pre-season, as long as he gives 100% in the actual games though, i won't need to worry.

we have strong competition at the back but they're all been a bit lethargic in pre-season and way too error-prone. pienaar has underhit so many passes today.

great goal by long, had nothing else to go on.

I cant see Besic playing 2nd half.

He's going to have to rein his game in a bit to keep on the pitch in the PL.

The nickname 'Diamond' I think stems from the Mike Walker days at Everton, when playing a diamond-shaped midfield set-up was very new, certainly to Everton, and Stuart was Walker's choice to be the point of the diamond shape.
