An ideal CV/resume should cover a page, two at a stretch.

- Personal profile (4-6 lines)
- CV Objective (1-2 lines stating why/what you want)
- Qualifications and training/software capabilities etc (what recruiters look for mainly)
- Career Summary be concise and brief (strong bullet points)

I got some pointers from a executive recruitment friend.. Worked for me! Got me a new job!! haha

Anyway, something else that makes me fume is runners who are all over the top about it. Now if you run and are fit and all that then well done, something to be proud of.

but when you go on about running ALL of the time you come across as a little bit of a tit and make everyone else who doesn't run marathons feel as if you are talking down on them.
