I thought the same, so actually went on Coutinho's twitter to have a look. It's real, unless his twitter is fake, and been fooling people for ages. Which is probably still more plausible than this being an actual real photo, because it just sums up the people at that club too perfectly.

Those saying that their players are professionals and won't roll over are deluding themselves. The entire club are small time, bitter little sad f****. Don't waste any time hoping for an Everton win on Saturday because you're wasting your time, they'll throw the game like the small time shower of sh*** they are and always will be.

Guess we might as well not even try beating City, ehy lads? They clearly don't want us to if they're gonna be like that...
