Joking aside though we should prioritise Tadic - for 10/12m he is an absolute steal, get Carles Gil in for 5-6m and and try get Lukaku or Benteke for 15m, assuming we have anywhere near 30m ofc which i doubt hugely, try get barry in for a 2 year deal and try get rodwell in for a season loan

Rest of the additions like a cm, another forward, backup rb/cb, and some barca wonderkid get in on loans

Try take advantage of newly promoted or desperate teams to raise some funds from Naismith and Osman and get Marshall or Forster in and Let Howard get move on for a small fee or hopefully a decent fee to go play in the states

Originally through Dutch on here mate being honest, but he knows the dutch and belgies leagues pretty well, since he first mentioned him I've caught a few twente games on stream and he is pure class like, makes that twente team click as most stuff goes through him, good enough to get games for city and chelsea imo
