He is an excellent manager. If you cant see what this feller's done after sucha short period in charge then you're not looking hard enough.

You are always going to get injuries through the season that's why you have a squad it doesn't mean you have to loan the replacement and then send him back when the other player is fit other teams buy players it's called competition for places
