ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

This ones actually true.

I met Wayne Rooney on the 14 bus a few days before he scored his first goal against Arsenal.

I got an autograph from Wayne with my little brother when Wayne was 16. He called his brother a tit because he was bothering him whilst he was doing it. Just a normal Scouse lad still getting to grips with being an Everton footballer.

Oh, and played in the same side as Leighton Baines in All Saints.

Oh, also, met Abel Xavier, but I don't care about that.

In the interest of fairness, I feel I should point out that, contrary to the beliefs of some (who shall not be named here), clubs other than Liverpool have won the European Cup, including Manchester United.

Seriously, we accommodate and welcome other clubs' fans here, but please don't come with an attitude.

Have Liverpool won it ?? Wow.... Someone should have said...... Kept that quiet didn't they.

Quite unbelievable but believable at the same time.

The summary is just ace.

24 April: Banned for 10 games by the Football Association for biting Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic

29 May: Drops a big hint he wants to leave Liverpool by saying he finds life in England hard
12 June: Reiterates his love for Liverpool, but insists life in England is very hard
8 July: Liverpool turn down a £30m bid from Arsenal
24 July: Arsenal offer £40,000,001 for Suarez, believing it triggers a clause in his contract

2 August: Sources say Suarez will consider a formal transfer request and the possibility of court action if dispute with Liverpool is not resolved
7 August: Suarez says he wants to leave Liverpool to join a Champions League side
8 August: Told to train alone by manager Brendan Rodgers, who says the player has shown "total disrespect" for the club.

Now Rodgers is on the radio saying how much Suarez loves Liverpool and always has, and how he epitomizes what its like to be a Liverpool player (not wrong there), whilst offering a new contract putting him far and away on the highest wage in the clubs history lol.
You can do what you want to their image if you score goals... Biting, racism, cheating, diving, injuring opponents, they won't care.
Their morality and dignity has been replaced by a weird bitter desperation to be noticed again as a big club regardless of the means to do it, and in doing so they make themselves look smaller than bad results ever could.
Liverpool of old, would not of been bullied and mocked by a player the way they have been by Suarez.

When Real or Barcelona coming knocking he will be off like a shot, new contract or not. Real could come in January to help them win either the League or the Champions League. Or maybe Barcelona will try for him to help them win the Champions League.

Basically this. Ronaldo wanted to leave a United team that challenged for the league every year and had just won the Champions League. Suarez is 27 in one month's time when Ronaldo was that age he had won 3 premiership titles, one Fa Cup, 2 league cups, the Champions League and the World Club Championship, won several POTY awards, Golden Boot in the CL and the Copa del Rey.

Why on earth would he want to stay?

I did think his contract ran out in 2015 rather 2016 , this does mean he'll still command a large dee I suppose. Brent will only spend it on the likes of Aspas, sahko, Allen and Borini though so it's hardly time to start worrying too much.

I have also seen Jimmy Corkhill in our work not too long ago, and Ron Dixon as well for that matter. i have also met Vanilla Ice, that was some experience.....

The one thing i don't get about the whole kopite suarez thing is thatit is such a love in for him. Imagine if he played for the mancs? They wouldn't shut up about him. My new senario of what i want to happen is Liverpool sign a bumper new contract with the rat in the coming weeks. Everyone is happy, says how much he loves Liverpool etc blah blah blah. Then come the end of the season Liverpool drop out of the top 5 and after the Rat comes back from a probably succesful World cup, takes one look around the **** whole and off he goes again with the transfer request nonsence.

The thing with the Kopites is they make such a laughing stock of themselves, have so much embarrasing things happen to them and do themselves, and yet they will defend it all to the hilt as if it is perfectly normal.

For ****s sake they all wore matching Suarez T Shirts because he was innocent and then he got banned shortly after!

He is an immense player like, hopefully he will bin them off soon.

Just been reading their Everton thread on their forum. It's depressing reading as quite a few of our fans that they're quoting come across as bitter loons.

Football fans in general are massive hypocrites when it comes to their own team. They do have an amazingly large quota of them though.
