How interested are you in the womens team?

Last womens game I watched was when we played Arsenal in the FA Cup final a couple of years ago and it was quite entertaining but not something you'd watch regularly

It's a waste of time the BBC quoting stats about lack of investment etc. If it was any good then people would watch.

just not interested. similar to women's cricket being a slower game women's football is infinitely slower... I watch sport to see the best in the world not to think i could do a much better job than them.

always keep an eye out for our results, but it seems a bit of a downer now the RS have bought all our best players. The quality is improving, it's just not very competitive. I mean arsenal winning is worse than united through the 90's.

now, we just have liverpool buying the title and who the **** wants to watch that?

at least with the mens the richest team still get beat

Womens tennis and track and field is at a similar popularity level to the male equivalents imo, but sports like football and cricket are obviously much much lower.

I've tried watching womens football when it's on the TV but it's so slow and generally poor compared to the mens game. Maybe a way of changing this would be to have womens league games played at their mens stadiums and sell tickets on the cheap. A fiver or less a pop and get the ale flowing to get a bit of an atmosphere.

Not at all.

I don't like knowing I can do better than the participants of any sports I am watching. Unless it's Eric the Eel.

I think it's a different style of play to appreciate - not so much rush around and brute strength. Losing interest bow the red lot are buying success (I mean - what's the point of sport if that's what it's down to?).

DON'T like to hear women sports people talk though. They (as are many men too) are so PR sterile and have so little insight to share, it ruins the view.

If they played naked i'd be more interested, although some of em are right dykey fugly munters so maybe not.
