Not a big chance of that, Groves is bright enough to out talk Froch, but thought he still came across as a bit of a bell to be honest, constant subjective arguments, bringing up Degale, he scraped a wafer thin decision, now he mentions it like he ko'd him.

What I'd really like to know is why Adam Booth sacked him off[/QUOTE]

I heard that it was the other way round because of a disagreement over the percentage of the purse.

He did come across as bit of a bell, I wanted to like him but I am finding it difficult. Did him and booth not fall out due to him treating Hay as his no.1 when he was training for the now postponed Fury fight?

Froch although he does my head in when he talks about himself in third person and as "the cobra" his records stands up. Groves hasn't been anywhere near his level.

Thought Degale is trying to change his public persona with a diplomatic answer to who wins, he seems to have learnt that his public persona as much as anything lost him the Groves fight with every shot Groves landed being cheered to the rafters.

Froch will most likely take him to pieces. Both of them come across as proper tits though.

Get this out the way then can't wait for the 30th and Bellew's title shot.

Theres something about groves i just dont like, could just be a ginger thing, i think he has got under frochs skin, but im not convinced thats a good think given frochs style of fighting.

Regards booth, i've heard rumours about groves being unhappy with his purse and time spent on haye, also heard one about booth being against him taking this fight, whatever the truth it has been confirmed it was booth who pulled the plug

Froch was really struggling to keep his cool last night, he was proper fuming on that couch.

I can't help but think that Groves mouth has now ensured him a savage beating at the hands of Froch.

Groves ability at this level is unknown, whereas we all know exactly what Froch can do & I think he'll prove to be a class above on the night.

Anyone see the state of james toney on ringside, you have to question the ethics of putting him in prizefighter, even given how grim the competition, he was right about the klitchko's though

If he is to win prizefighter the other 7 lads in it must be some state, what did he say about the brothers? Must have said it during one of the parts I couldn't understand which was pretty much the entire interview.

Thought Golovkin was great again last week, tagged few times but pretty much proved he has decent chin with Stevens being a decent puncher, done well to get up in the 2nd but was never really in the fight.

Watched that Perez fight last weekend, and its easy say in hindsight but I think Abdusalamov could have been pulled out before the final bell, awful whats happened him, hope he can recover.

He mumbled something about them being a pair of belters, to be honest I'll take any negitive press on the klits bros I can get, I just dont like them, even if Vitali is actually making an effort to improve his country, same with george Groves, he's done nothing wrong really, I just done like the kid, his forehead freaks me out. On that topic, Kessler was asked about the froch-groves fight, nice guy that he is he tried to be diplomatic, but reading between the lines, having sparred one and fought the other, I dont think he groves chances one little bit.

Golovkin's great isnt he, the sort of fighter you cant wait to watch again, rumours are circling of a catchweight against Floyd, would be a fascinating fight, if floyd were to beat a fearsome middleweight like GGG then that really would be legacy secured, if it isnt already.

Havent seen the fight, but yeah, terrible news about Abdusalamov

Anyone catch Donaire vs Darchinyan on Saturday night?

Great battle, Donaire stopping Vic Darchinyan in the 9th. Very good front-foot boxing from both, would love to see one of them take Frampton on in a year or two.

Still a big gulf in class away from Rigondeux though.

Would definitely recommend people to tune into BoxNation next Saturday (16th).

3 excellent fighters from Ricky Hatton's stable on the Bill.

Sonny Upton making his Pro debut.

Ryan Burnett hoping for a 4th consecutive stoppage victory.

and top of the bill is European Champion Sergey Rabchenko, who is one or two fights away from a World Title attempt.

Later on that night, Andre Ward boxes in the States.

Busy :)

Must admit i'd be amazed if Floyd took him on, if it were to happen, no doubt they would get Golovkin as low as possible resulting in him facing a drained fighter, i'd like to see it but like I said i'd be surprised.

James Toney shouldnt be anywhere near a ring, he can't box in half the states in America, hes a nasty piece of work but even so wouldnt like to see him further damaged.
